1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Absolute Store. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://absolutestore.in (“Website”) and the purchase of products from Absolute Store Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”).

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We sell millet and cereal-based nutrition products intended for general dietary use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this Website and place orders.

4. Products and Pricing

  • Products listed on the Website are subject to availability.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The price you pay is the price our server confirms at checkout — not a figure you type.
  • We may change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information. Slight variations may occur.
  • Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are placed on the Website as a guest (an account is optional). You choose flavour and pack, add to bag, and pay at checkout.

  • Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase.
  • We may accept or reject any order (for example due to unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
  • An order is accepted when payment is captured and the order status becomes paid. We email a receipt to the address you gave at checkout. You can look the order up at `/order/` plus the reference we send you.
  • We may cancel an accepted order if the product is unavailable or there is a material error; any amount paid will be refunded as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • WhatsApp is help, not a checkout. Never send card numbers, UPI PINs, or OTPs over WhatsApp.

6. Payment

  • Checkout on the Website is processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods Razorpay shows at the time of payment may be available.
  • Full card numbers, UPI PINs, and banking passwords are handled by Razorpay. We do not store them. We store the Razorpay order id, payment id, and the amount in paise.
  • Prices charged are those confirmed by our server at checkout.
  • You must be authorised to use the payment method you choose.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, timelines, charges, and serviceability are governed by our Shipping Policy.

We use reputed logistics partners (including Delhivery where serviceable) for deliveries across India. Serviceability and estimated delivery are confirmed when the order is accepted.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, except where we remain responsible under applicable law or our Return Policy for damage or deficiency at delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the nature of food products, returns for change of mind are generally limited to unopened, sealed products; defective, damaged, or not-as-described goods are handled as set out in that Policy and applicable law.

9. Product Use and Disclaimer

  • Follow storage instructions and “Best Before” dates on packaging.
  • If you have a medical condition, allergies, or dietary restrictions, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
  • We do not make medicinal or therapeutic claims.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, graphics, logos, images, descriptions) is owned by Absolute Store Private Limited or its licensors and protected by Indian IP laws. You may not copy or use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful or misleading content, or interfere with the Website’s operation. We may suspend access for violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or products.
  • Our total liability for a claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (including fraud or certain personal injury claims).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Absolute Store Private Limited and its directors, officers, and employees against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website or products.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
