Products & Ingredients

What kind of products does Absolute Store sell? Millet and cereal-based nutrition products for convenient daily use — traditional ingredients with simpler formulations many people find lighter than heavy multi-grain mixes.

Is it only Ragi / Finger Millet? Our current range focuses on Ragi Health Mix (sweetened, unsweetened, and salty). We are building a broader millet and cereal range over time.

Are your products chemical-free? We focus on clean, traditional ingredients without unnecessary additives or chemical fortification. Always check the label for the full ingredient list.

Do you add sugar to all products? No. We offer unsweetened options as well as sweetened variants (e.g. with jaggery). Check the product description and pack.

Usage & Storage

How do I prepare the product? Typically mix with milk, water, or plant-based milk as per pack instructions — usually only a few minutes.

What is the shelf life? Best-before is up to about 9 months from packaging when stored properly (as validated for our unsweetened variant). Always check the date on the pack.

How should I store it? Cool, dry place away from sunlight. After opening, reseal tightly or use an airtight container.

Digestion & Suitability

Why do some multi-grain mixes feel heavy? Many products combine a large number of grains. Our approach uses simpler, more focused formulations.

Who is this for? Adults — especially urban professionals and families (often 25–45) seeking everyday nutrition from traditional ingredients. For medical conditions or allergies, read the label and consult a professional if needed.

Can children consume these products? Primarily formulated for adults. For children, check with a doctor or pediatrician first.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

How do I order? Use Shop on the website: choose flavour and pack size, add to bag (or buy now), and pay with Razorpay. WhatsApp is for questions, not checkout.

Where do you deliver? Most serviceable pin codes in India via reputed partners, primarily Delhivery where available.

How long does delivery take? After dispatch: typically 3–8 business days for most locations; remote / special areas may take up to 7–12 business days. See our Shipping Policy for the full table.

How much is shipping? Packs ship from Delhi. Delhi NCR is ₹79 under ₹2,000 and free at ₹2,000 and above. Other states are charged by distance. The exact amount is on the checkout screen before you pay.

How can I track my order? When we ship, we email the tracking code. The same code is on your order page at `/order/` plus the reference in your receipt.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Can I return if I don’t like the taste? Only if the pack is unopened, sealed, and original condition. See Return, Refund & Cancellation.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? Contact us promptly (preferably within 48 hours) with photos. We arrange replacement or refund. Defective or deficient goods are handled as required under consumer law — we do not refuse solely because more than 48 hours have passed when the law protects you.

How do I cancel? Free before dispatch: email info@absolutestore.in or WhatsApp +91 93541 05507 with your order reference.

Payments

How do I pay? Pay on the Website with Razorpay. Cards, UPI, and other methods Razorpay shows may be available. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, or OTPs over WhatsApp or email.
